For this Policy, Personal Information (PI) includes Personally Identifiable Information that is information relating to a natural person or that could be used directly or indirectly in combination with other information available with Us and is capable of identifying a natural person and “Sensitive Personal Information” which may reveal, or be related to or constitute financial data, health data (example Blood Group), biometric data (of employees only), passwords (to help you securely access your own accounts only ) etc. of natural persons.

Grievances will be redressed expeditiously but within one month from the date of receipt, and appropriate responses will be provided to you along with reasons for any non-fulfillment of requests.

Exceptions:

BSV does not protect any information that you make available to the public like any comments, messages, blogs, and scribbles available on social platforms in any publicly accessible area of our website or any other media.

BSV cannot protect any information that you have directly provided to our partners, third-party, or vendors for availing the services through their platform.
