A seasoned medical professional, he is skilled in identifying key challenges and implementing innovative solutions that have resulted in measurable growth and positive outcomes for companies he has worked with over the years.

Nilesh Kulkarni is a seasoned human resources leader with over two decades of experience in L&D, recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, organization design, succession, and talent management. He has held various leadership positions in India, South Asia, and Switzerland. Anil Damle has over 30 years of experience in Treasury and Risk Management, Statutory/Internal/Forensic/SOX audits, and Compliance Execution and Training. In particular, he has a strong understanding of treasury operations in a complex global environment with multiple regulatory regimes.

Sai Subba Rao. J is a strategic finance leader with over 12 years of experience across business and corporate finance. With a strong commercial acumen and global perspective, Sai has led critical initiatives in multi-regional commercial finance, mergers & acquisitions, business development, NPPA-aligned pricing, and enterprise-wide cost and process optimization.
Sai has been with BSV since 2020 and oversees the finance function where he leads initiatives that drive value creation and sustainability. His key focus remains on positioning and building the financial health of the organization for long-term growth. During his tenure, he has also been an integral part of the private equity-led transformation.
Prior to BSV, Sai held senior roles at Cipla, where he has executed high-impact programs and contributed to key financial strategies across both domestic and international markets.
Lakhiram Petwal leads Manufacturing Operations and Operational Excellence at BSV. He is an expert in the development and manufacturing of recombinant therapeutic biosimilars, monoclonal antibodies, biologicals, and various NDDS Parenteral Products.
Instrumental in scaling up complex biologics and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards, Lakhiram with his signature hands-on leadership style, combines technical acumen with operational rigor. This creates an evolving culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Lakhiram’s illustrious 25-year career blends innovation, compliance, and operational efficiency, enabling the organisation to address the growing global healthcare needs. He has previously held key operational roles at Cipla, Famycare, Flamingo, and Emerck (India). He holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
Dr. Sanjeeb Mishra oversees quality functions at BSV, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and product excellence. At BSV, he oversees the quality function, ensuring products meet global regulatory standards and the highest levels of safety and efficacy.
With a vast and valuable experience of over 25 years, Dr. Mishra has led quality and compliance at leading pharmaceutical organizations such as Zydus Cadila, FDC, IPCA, and Aristo. He is considered an industry expert in GMP, regulatory audits, and quality systems implementation.
Dr. Mishra holds a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences. At BSV, he champions a quality-first culture across the product lifecycle.
Arun Chandran brings over a decade of diverse experience across strategy, transformation, and P&L management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Arun has been a part of BSV since 2020 and currently heads the Commercial Excellence, where he drives business performance and execution rigor. Prior to this, he has held progressive leadership roles in which he has set up the Transformation & Strategy Office, led the sales for one of BSV’s domestic divisions, to name a few.
Before BSV he has worked internationally with pharma major, Sandoz, in their global headquarters, and began his career as a management consultant with Kearney. Arun has an MBA from IIM Calcutta and holds a B.Tech & M.Tech degree from IIT Madras.
