We invest significant efforts to drive continuous development of the faculty through a mix of programs that are personalized and customized to ensure that they are future ready. Some of the programs are:

  • Workshop on core competencies and facilitation skills for training managers
  • Best practices, experience sharing & exposure to Domestic & International Markets.
  • ‘Learn and Grow’ Sessions, conducted fortnightly, led by internal faculty focused on sharing expert knowledge with fellow team members.
  • Customized IDPs (Individual Development Plans) in discussion with managers.
  • Mentorship program from executive leadership of the organization
  • Micro-learning modules with self-Paced learning, access to reading material and articles on micro learning platform.

To support out strategy, we launched BSVwithU Academy in April 2021 with a focus on building critical capabilities for Continuous Development and Accelerated Career Growth.
