He has over two decades of experience in developing biosimilar drug strategies for both regulated and emerging markets, including process characterization, analytical development and validation, and technology transfer management.
Dr. Swashraya Shah has a strong background in the medical field, with a track record of success in strategic planning, team development, coaching, medico-marketing, clinical research, and regulatory sciences. A seasoned medical professional, he is skilled in identifying key challenges and implementing innovative solutions that have resulted in measurable growth and positive outcomes for companies he has worked with over the years.

Chirag Mehta brings over two decades of experience in Finance and Operations Management, including Corporate Accounting, National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA), Commercial, Legal, and Central Data Management. His experience and willingness to help and motivate others has been instrumental in the success we’ve had since he joined.

Nilesh Kulkarni is a seasoned human resources leader with over two decades of experience in L&D, recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, organization design, succession, and talent management. He has held various leadership positions in India, South Asia, and Switzerland. From being an organization driven by function, Nilesh is instrumental in making BSV an organization that’s driven by talent. Anil Damle has over 30 years of experience in Treasury and Risk Management, Statutory/Internal/Forensic/SOX audits, and Compliance Execution and Training. In particular, he has a strong understanding of treasury operations in a complex global environment with multiple regulatory regimes.

Resham Bagaria has over eight years of management consulting experience with leading projects across corporate strategy, investment advisory and sustainability in different domains and industries.
Prior to BSV, she has had consulting stints with Bain & Company, cKinetics and The Smart Cube. She has strategy and finance education background with Bachelors from Shri Ram College of Commerce, MBA from IIM Lucknow and CFA Level 3.
Anjan Ghosh brings a wealth of experience in Operations and Strategy. He brings over 3 decades of experience in the APAC (including Japan, Australia, and New Zealand) region, having worked in different roles and responsibilities like P&L management, SFE, and managing mergers and integrations of organizations. His strategic thinking combined with his deep industry knowledge makes him an ideal member of the BSV team as it evolves in this rapidly changing landscape.
His immense contribution has led BSV to earn four awards in 2022, including â âInnovation in Learningâ & âBusiness impact through Learning and Developmentâ at the 8th Edition Future of Work Summit and Awards 2022 and âOutstanding Achievement in Digital Pharma Marketingâ & âOutstanding Achievement in Digital Pharma Marketing for L&D Teamâ at Digipharmax.
Alok is a seasoned sales professional and a versatile leader with diverse leadership experience of over three decades. He has been serving the industry as a growth catalyst and is recognized for his agility to adapt business models in response to market demands. Alok has a proven track record of successful collaboration with multiple stakeholders and key decision makers. He has managed multiple countries & multi-cultural Global/Regional teams in Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology industry with P&L responsibility for India, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Sri Lanka and Nepal. Prior to BSV, Alok has held leadership positions in esteemed pharmaceutical organizations such as Cadila and Sanofi. Alok is passionate about developing talent and inspiring teams to perform by creating a culture of coaching and mentorship.
