A recipient of several industry awards on Public Health, Marketing and Diversity, Sanjiv served as the Vice President of OPPI (Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India) from 2014 to 2019, Chairman of AMCHAM Pharma committee (American Chamber of Commerce) from 2016 to 2019 and Chairman, Medical and Regulatory Committee from 2016 to 2019. He has been on the Academic Board of NMMIS Pharma management, IES Management school and IIHMR, Jaipur.

He has also been a Director at Manjushree Technopack Limited and Gokaldas Intimatewear Private Limited.

Having worked with Bain Capital for six years, Pankaj has worked on several transactions in the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. Prior to his stint at Bain, Pankaj spent four years with McKinsey & Co., focusing primarily on financial services.

Shweta has experience in sourcing and negotiating transactions and has worked across a wide range of sectors including industrial, media, business services to IT/BPO. She also offers her counsel on managing investments and planning successful exits, viz. sale to strategic buyers and the listing of companies.

Bhaskar currently works as an Operating Partner at Advent International in a specialist advisory capacity. Prior to that, he was a Corporate Officer with Abbott for the India region, leading sales, manufacturing and R&D operations. He has also held global leadership positions for Wockhardt in India, AstraZeneca in Asia-Pacific based in Singapore and country management positions in AstraZeneca, Nicholas Piramal India Limited, ICI Pharmaceuticals and senior roles in Glaxo India Limited.Bhaskar is also an Operating Advisor at a healthcare-focussed Private Equity firm, Quadria Capital.

Jayesh Merchant

Jayesh Merchant is an independent director w.e.f. on February 07, 2020. He is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has a law degree and bachelor of commerce degree from Mumbai University. Jayesh retired from Asian Paints Limited in November, 2019 after a long stint of 17 years.... He was the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and President of Industrial Joint Ventures. He was a member of the management board / executive council which supervised the operations of the company.He was overseeing the Industrial and Automotive Joint Ventures with PPG Limited, the largest coatings company in the world, and was actively involved in strategy and execution of the Joint Ventures. He was also involved with the Asian Paints’ international business and was the chairman of the holding company before retirement. Prior to joining Asian Paints Limited in 2002, he has worked in leadership roles in finance, legal, company secretarial and general management in the manufacturing and service industries namely, Castrol (India) Limited, Ion Exchange (India) Limited and UTV Limited.

During his career span of 37 years, Jayesh specialized in corporate governance and compliances, working capital and treasury management, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights with a strong background on accounting, tax, legal and cost controls. He is highly respected in the corporate world and has been named BW Business world’s ‘Best CFO in the Sustained Wealth Creation’ category in 2012 and 2017. The compliance and legal team under his leadership won the Legal Era ‘Corporate Governance Excellence Award’ in 2018-2019. He currently serves as an independent director and chairman of the audit committee in Manjushree Technopack Limited and Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV).

Abhijit Mukherjee

Independent Director

Abhijit Mukherjee is an independent director w.e.f. February 07, 2020. A chemical engineer from IIT-Kharagpur, he superannuated from Dr. Reddy’s in March 2018 after playing varied senior roles there for 15 years; the last stint at Dr. Reddy’s was as COO from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, he had worked with Hindustan Lever for 13 years and with Atul for nine years.... He is currently an Operating Partner at Advent International. He has been involved in two of Advent’s acquisitions. Apart from serving on the board of Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), Abhijit is also on the board of ICE in Milan, Italy and Slayback, a company incorporated in New Jersey, USA.
