WOMENtoring by BSV - Empowering Women Employees

BSV’s ‘WOMENtoring’ is one of the industry first programs exclusively designed for women colleagues in India and around the world. The program aims to empower women at various levels to rise in their career and professional journeys. Each woman colleague is mapped to a mentor who will guide the women to learn and grow in a positive direction.

A structured program comprising 4 phases, WOMENtoring endeavours to support colleagues as they navigate challenging business situations, while building their confidence in decision-making process. Designed to provide focused professional goal and a safe ecosystem for women, WOMENtoring encourages diverse perspectives and will go a long way in empowering us to rise higher and shine brighter.
