OUT-LICENSING

Our product pipeline includes several injectable products (complex generics) across various novel drug delivery systems including liposomes, lipid complexes, emulsions, microspheres, implants and cyclodextrines. These are at various stages of development. While many of these products are critical given the therapy areas they target, the time to reach the market is substantial due to high technology barriers, high investments and unique supply chain requirements.

We are seeking an alliance with partners that will enable us to bring these products within reach of patients in need (specifically in geographies where we are currently not present). By out-licensing these opportunities, we could significantly reduce the time required to commercialize and market these products on a global scale enabling timely access to these products to many more patients.
